Toqqo is a software tool, not a financial service. We provide smart contract generation, compilation, and deployment software. We do not provide custody, exchange, brokerage, lending, or investment services. We do not act as a financial intermediary and have no control over any tokens, funds, or blockchain transactions. All wallet interactions are initiated and signed by you.
Toqqo is non-custodial software. We are not a money transmitter, money services business, payment institution, virtual-asset service provider, crypto-asset service provider (including under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation, "MiCA"), broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser, and we hold no licence in any of those categories because the service does not perform any activity that requires one. Platform fees are fees for software and a deployment service — they are not money transmission or a payment service. We never hold, control, or have access to your tokens, funds, private keys, or wallets at any time.
